By installing or using SpreadEval you agree to these terms.

The service

SpreadEval has a free plan and a paid plan, described at https://spreadeval.com. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. The paid plan is arranged with us by email and billed monthly; you can cancel at the end of any month.

Your content

You keep all rights to your data. You are responsible for having the right to rate, share and send the data you put into SpreadEval, including to raters you add and, if you use the AI features, to the AI provider whose key you entered.

Third-party services

With your own key, the AI features use that provider's API (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter). Your use of it is governed by that provider's terms, and any charges are billed to you by that provider.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the makers of SpreadEval are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages that come from using it.
